Our client is a UK based MNC specialised in providing high performance metals and alloy products for various industries - Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing, and Energy industries.
This role involves both internal coordination and customer-facing tasks, aiming to maximize sales, margins, and market share while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and grow customer accounts, establish relationships with both current and potential clients.
- Sales and Business Development: Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate prices, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Market Insights: Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for strategic planning.
- Sales Order Processing: Handle and ensure the accuracy of sales orders, maintain records, and generate monthly sales reports.
- Customer Support: Provide support for customer inquiries, quotations, and orders, ensuring timely completion.
- Collaboration: Work with various departments to fulfill delivery commitments and assist with inventory control.
- Field and Office Sales: Manage both outdoor (field) and indoor sales activities, maintaining a high level of communication with customers.
- Efficiency and Quality: Ensure efficient delivery while meeting quality standards, manage workload effectively, and support team morale.

Requirements:
- Min. 3 years’ experience of working in a sales environment (of any steel profile, preferable alloy steels and nickel alloys)
- Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Sales-orientated with strong customer focus instinct
- Independent and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Effective good interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand specifications that the clients are requiring
